Lifehacker today mentions a couple apps for iOS and Android that use data from Foursquare to locate the password for public wifi hotspots. Could prove useful when out and about.

Haven't seen any fine print or how easy it is to use yet. Regardless, the battle continues.

We fear change. Are you going leave Tumblr? I have one but it was basically an experiment I couldn't figure into any workflow except perhaps to simply reblog things. Seems Google+ could fill in nicely if users are looking for a place to post longer form content.

"In the future, ABC will withhold its most recent TV episodes from the free versions of Hulu and ABC.com, further limiting access to paying subscribers of cable and satellite providers only."

Wow. ABC is available over the air and yet they want you to have a service subscription to get their streaming shows? Seems to be a model that is becoming more and more common.
