  Electronic devices cannot be used on a plane during takeoff, taxiing or landing. But the Federal Aviation Administration says it will be revisiting this rule and taking a "fresh look" at the use of personal electronics on planes. Approving those devices may be very difficult given how many different kinds of electronic reading devices are being made.
