Upgrade Windows 7 Beta to RC Now

If you are running Windows 7 on a release older than the Release Candidate (build 7100), upgrade it to the RC now.

Starting July 1st, the Beta will start to reboot every 2 hrs and expire Aug 1st.

You have been warned.
