Live Election News Map

I built this map using Yahoo! Pipes. Information comes form Memorandum (political meme tracker) and Vote08 (twitter news tracker). Uses the geonames.org RSS-to-geoRSS webservice to add location information to newsfeeds then the result is displayed using the Yahoo!Maps AJAX API (thanks to Pipes Location Extractor). Map below: CNN has a nice map for monitoring returns.
