Doesn’t this packaging of the Windows Live Suite violate the EULA from Microsoft? I know it is a free application but this seems wrong to me.

How do I import all of the existing blogs I’ve already setup on my local copy of Windows Live Writer? I would have expected those to be pulled along with the other files.
