Hmm… I’m getting the spring training schedule just fine via Yahoo. Not sure why yours aren’t working. Also, this is easier now as Google provides an easier way to get the calendar though I didn’t see preseason in there either. In Google calendar, click Settings. Then go to the Calendars tab. Look for a link on the right that says ‘Other Interesting Calendars’. Look through sports and find MLB and your team.

Problem is the spring training schedule does not appear! Looking for the Florida westcoast schedules. anyone know where that app might be so I can load my teams on to google calender?!

Great post, very helpful. I’m sure they are automating some of this, but they could remove at least one user click if they added the score to the event title when they updated it post-game in the event description. Unless they actually added a bit more value to the score in the description by some sort of text ad and/or link back to their site for more info. I’ve always thought there was some model for including ads and value-add links in event descriptions and this idea of updating events after they happen has gotten me thinking again on this. Thanks!
