San Diego Wildfire Update
I’m posting this because there is trouble with the sdcountyemergency website.
Due to high traffic, there are problems with the www.sdcountyemergency.com website. Technicians are working to correct the issue.
Residents should call 2-1-1 for all non-emergency calls related to this fire. If the call is initiated from a cell phone, 2-1-1 can be reached at
858-300-1211. Residents should remain tuned to local media for updates and follow the instructions of local law enforcement officials.
The fire near Santa Ysabel is aka the Hwy 78 Fire. The evacuation point is Poway High School at 15500 Espola Road. Large animals can be evacuated to the Lakeside Rodeo.
Here is where Santa Ysabel is:

Does anyone know about a fire in the Santa Rosa Plateau? any current info on the DeLuz or Rice Fire? I commute from Wildomar to Newport and take the 74 (Ortega) we are getting no info her other then the malibu and OC fire– I am interested in the fires at home. Any info would be appreciated.
We are in unincorporated Temecula. East of 15 and just north of S.D. and Riverside county lines. Rice fire has shifted wind and we are now in a smokey area. Any news?
