Merlin Mann of 43 Folders fame has a new video up of the talk he gave at Google the other day. In this one he discusses his Inbox Zero concept of email management.

    I saw this one posted somewhere else and I’d have to admit that it’s a tailor-made lesson for me. I’m one of the guilty folks who massively organize my email with folders and taxonomy ad nauseum. I have a lot of stored emails over the last several years. Now I’m wondering why. So much wasted time…

    Thank you for the link to the video. It was very informative. I normally archive my email that is over 1 year old. I have not yet needed to go back and retrieve any of it in over ten years.
