Businesses in no hurry to buy Vista

So there's this new Bloomberg survey that was just released the other day. And some numbers caught my eye:

About 50 percent of companies either won't deploy Windows Vista at all or will wait at least 13 months after the system's November corporate release to begin installation, said Jupiter analyst Joe Wilcox, who surveyed 207 companies with more than 100 employees. An additional 13 percent had never heard of the new operating system.

Notice anything strange about that? Business never deploys right away. Some have policies never to install a 'dot zero' release so that isn't it. But how about those 13% who've never heard of the new OS??? I'll buy never looked at the beta or read all the articles, etc. But never heard of it?? Who the hell did they talk to at these companies? And if it wasn't the CIO (or equivalent) then all their numbers are skewed.
