You just put in your address and click search and it will present you with a map and an estimated value plus other houses near yours. Then scroll down and you'll see a list of houses with their addresses and you can click to find out more about them. You also get a nice trend graph to see how things are going. The graph lets you see the trends over 1, 5 or 10 years.
It's fun to mess with. Try putting in the address for the house you grew up in. Or your friends house in another state.
