Do other types of ads violate Adsense's new Terms and Conditions?

I'm a little worried about Google's new Terms and Conditions with regards to putting other ads in my Blog that already has Adsense. Here is a snippet from the new T&C:

"You further agree not to display on any Serviced Page any non-Google content-targeted advertisement(s)."
